These Terms govern access to and use of Tradentry LLC websites, evaluation programs, simulated accounts, trading services, and related products.
These Terms of Use govern access to and the use of the Sites or Services of Tradentry LLC and its affiliated entities collectively referred to as “Tradentry”, “we”, “our”, or “us”, by our account holders, users, and visitors referred to as “you”, “your”, or “User”.
All capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
The Tradentry Sites and Services are offered to you subject to your affirmative and unequivocal acceptance, without modification, of all the Terms in their entirety. When accepted by you, these Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Tradentry.
Please read these Terms carefully. By registering for, accessing, browsing, creating an account, posting or downloading content, or otherwise using the Tradentry Sites or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Trading Evaluation is a Simulated Account where your performance is evaluated for the opportunity to obtain a Funded Account, which may be simulated or live depending on jurisdictional and partner requirements, or advance to another Tradentry product or service, each governed by a separate or supplemental written agreement.
You may order Services through the Website by completing the appropriate registration or order form. After registration and payment, we will provide access details for your Account and the User Section.
The Services may differ in scope depending on the Account selected. All Data you provide must be complete, accurate, and up to date. Tradentry is not obligated to verify such Data.
The fee for the Trading Evaluation depends on the selected option, including buying power and parameters applicable to that evaluation. Fees are generally non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.
If you file an unjustified complaint or initiate a payment dispute or chargeback, Tradentry may stop providing Services and may refuse future access.
You acknowledge that use of the Services requires suitable technical equipment, software, and internet access, all at your own risk and expense. Tradentry does not guarantee compatibility with any specific equipment or software.
You further acknowledge that third-party trading platforms and service providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which apply independently from these Terms.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction, and that your use of the Sites and Services is lawful under all applicable rules and regulations.
You also represent that you have no disqualifying regulatory or disciplinary history preventing participation in our simulated programs, and no outstanding balance with another trading firm where such would interfere with participation.
Tradentry complies with applicable sanctions and export control laws. By using our Services, you represent that you are not located in, resident in, or acting on behalf of any sanctioned country, government, entity, or individual.
You acknowledge and agree that Tradentry is not a broker-dealer and does not execute securities transactions on behalf of users through the Sites or Services. Tradentry does not provide personalized financial advice, and you remain solely responsible for your trading decisions.
Information presented on or through the Sites or Services, including financial and market information, is provided for educational and general informational purposes only. Tradentry does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or usefulness of such information.
Our Sites or Services may include third-party content and links. Tradentry accepts no responsibility for such content, and access to third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.
All content is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
CFTC Rule 4.41 — Hypothetical or simulated performance results have limitations. Unlike actual performance records, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Because trades have not been executed, results may have under- or over-compensated for certain market factors such as lack of liquidity. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
You acknowledge that any trading through the Services is simulated unless otherwise expressly stated in a separate written agreement. Simulated funds cannot be withdrawn, converted to real funds, or used in live markets unless specifically agreed otherwise.
Access to your Account is protected by login credentials, which you may not share. Availability is not guaranteed and may be interrupted. Users may terminate accounts by contacting Support; fees remain non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.
Market risk remains significant. Previous performance in simulated trading is not a guarantee of future results.
After payment for the selected option, Tradentry sends login details to the email address you provide. If the Trading Evaluation is not activated within 30 calendar days of availability, access may be suspended.
To pass the Trading Evaluation, you must meet the profit target and comply with the Trading Rules and account parameters applicable to your selected Account. Failure to do so results in an unsuccessful evaluation without refund.
If you graduate, you may be offered access to a Funded Account or another Tradentry product or service, each subject to a separate agreement.
Our Sites or Services may refer to third-party services. These Terms do not apply to such third-party services, and you are encouraged to review their own terms and conditions before use.
Tradentry is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or negative experience arising from your use of third-party services.
Tradentry expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Tradentry does not warrant that the Sites or Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Use of the Sites and Services is entirely at your own risk. Tradentry does not guarantee legality of use in any jurisdiction, nor does it guarantee that the content is updated or complete.
In no event will Tradentry, its affiliates, service providers, employees, officers, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities, arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Sites, Services, or related content.

Certain Tradentry Sites allow you to place orders. Upon confirmation of an order, Tradentry provides access to the purchased service. Your participation in or failure to use the service does not entitle you to a refund.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Payment data may be processed by third-party payment processors. You represent that the payment method used is personal to you and that you are authorized to use it.
Tradentry may, in its sole discretion, provide promo codes. Promo codes may only be used by the intended recipient, for personal use, and generally only once unless otherwise stated.
Promo codes have no monetary value and may not be redeemed for cash. Tradentry reserves the right to modify or cancel promo code offers at any time.
You may link to our Sites provided you do so lawfully, fairly, and without implying association, approval, or endorsement by Tradentry without prior written consent. Tradentry may revoke linking permission at any time.
Certain parts of the Sites or Services are available only to registered users. You must ensure that all information provided at registration is truthful, accurate, and kept up to date.
Your Account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or share it. Tradentry reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where multiple accounts or misuse are detected.
If you submit user content, you agree that such content must not be illegal, offensive, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise unlawful. It must not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or legal rights of others.
You are solely responsible for any content you submit and acknowledge that content submitted through the Sites may not remain private.
By submitting user content, you grant Tradentry a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, modify, and otherwise use such content in connection with the Sites, Services, and related platforms.
Tradentry Sites, Services, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Tradentry, its licensors, or its providers and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted only a limited, personal, non-commercial, revocable right to access and use the Sites and Services. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Tradentry may terminate or refuse access to the Sites or Services at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or for any other reason in its sole discretion.
Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, indemnities, and limitations of liability shall survive termination.
Tradentry shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations under these Terms where such failure arises from a Force Majeure Event.
If you violate these Terms, provide false information, breach trading rules, or engage in conduct that harms Tradentry’s reputation, Tradentry may immediately restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to any or all Sites and Services without notice, compensation, or refund.
Except where prohibited by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in a class action, representative action, or jury trial in connection with disputes arising out of these Terms.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tradentry from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of:
Users may not exploit the simulated environment to gain an unfair advantage. This includes, without limitation, using errors in pricing, delays, spoofing strategies, external or slow data feeds, coordinated trades, artificial intelligence, ultra-high speed execution tools, or any conduct deemed unfair or uncommercial in Tradentry’s sole discretion.
Trades must comply with current Tradentry Trading Rules. Tradentry may delete profits, reset accounts, close accounts, or permanently ban users who violate trading rules or engage in prohibited conduct.
You agree not to use the Sites or Services to send spam, scrape data, impersonate others, use VPNs or VPSs where prohibited, collect information about other users, or otherwise use the Services in ways inconsistent with these Terms.
Tradentry may provide rewards, incentives, or prizes from time to time. Rewards are personal, non-transferable, may expire, and may be modified or canceled at Tradentry’s sole discretion.
If you reside in a jurisdiction where Tradentry does not maintain a live trading relationship or where live trading access would be inconsistent with internal compliance practices, you may still participate in evaluations, but any funded account access may remain simulated only.
These Terms do not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and Tradentry. Tradentry may modify, suspend, or discontinue its Sites or Services at any time.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Tradentry regarding the subject matter herein.
By accessing or using the Sites or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Sites or Services.
Tradentry may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Sites or Services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Tradentry welcomes your feedback. Any feedback submitted becomes the property of Tradentry, and you irrevocably assign all rights, title, and interest in such feedback to Tradentry on a worldwide basis.
