Clear and transparent billing policies for Tradentry evaluation programs, renewals, reset credits, market data services, activation fees, and reactivation services.
The Tradentry Evaluation Program provides immediate access to live data and a trading account. Because of this, we are generally unable to offer refunds after a purchase is made. Listed below are our refund policies for the program.
General Refund Rule: Refunds are returned to the original payment method and cannot be redirected elsewhere.
We believe in the opportunity we provide and are committed to working to resolve any issues you may have. However, if within the first 14 calendar days of your first Tradentry purchase you decide this is not the right fit, we will refund up to one monthly renewal payment for your Evaluation Account, provided you have not already passed the evaluation.
We kindly ask that you share feedback on why the program did not meet your expectations.
When you start an Evaluation Account, you activate a monthly subscription that will be automatically re-billed approximately every 30 days. Your account will continue to renew until you pass the Evaluation Program or cancel your subscription. You can manage your subscription directly from your dashboard.
It is the trader's responsibility to manage their subscription and ensure it is canceled if they do not wish to continue, in order to avoid additional charges.
Accidental Subscription Charges: If your subscription remains active without trading activity, you must contact us within 72 hours of the charge. Any claims made after this period will not be eligible for a refund, except where required by law.
Reset Credits: Each monthly rebill grants one Reset credit to your Reset Bank. This credit corresponds to the size and type of your Evaluation Account and expires after 12 months.
To request a refund for an accidental rebill, please include the transaction amount, transaction date, and the last four digits of your payment card, along with a clear explanation. If the Reset credit from that rebill has already been used, the refund request cannot be processed.
Tradentry does not issue refunds for purchases where discount codes were applied incorrectly or for transactions made outside the terms of a promotion. As all promotions are time-limited, missed discounts are not eligible for reimbursement.
To pass the Evaluation Program, traders must meet all defined performance targets based on their account size. If these conditions are fulfilled shortly after a billing cycle, no refund or prorated adjustment will be granted.
These conditions are clearly stated before beginning the program. Without an active subscription, the account would not remain open and funding would not be possible.
Once an account qualifies for funding, all subscription fees are considered fully consumed.
Reset purchases are strictly non-refundable, including cases of incorrect account selection or duplicate resets. Please verify all account details carefully before proceeding.
Market Data services are activated immediately upon purchase and billed monthly. These fees are non-refundable but may be canceled at any time through your dashboard.
Activation Fees are non-refundable, including cases where the wrong account is selected. Please ensure all account details are correct before completing payment.
Reactivation (Back2Funded) services are non-refundable, including incorrect account selection. Please verify all information before completing your purchase.
