- Sign in to your user dashboard at tradentry.org/member/member.
- On the home page, find your active subscriptions.
- Click โResetโ under the appropriate account.
- If you have multiple accounts, make sure you are resetting the correct one. This action cannot be undone.
โ Important Notes
Please note that resets do not restart the billing cycle for evaluations. If you are close to your next billing date, it may be more cost-effective to start a new evaluation instead of resetting.
If you are disqualified and have 2 trading days or fewer remaining before the next monthly billing, you should cancel the account and start a new one rather than performing a reset.

Reset may make sense
You still have enough time before the next billing date and want to continue the same evaluation cycle.
Start new may be better
You have 2 trading days or fewer before the next billing date, or you are very close to renewal.
