โ†ป

You can reset a disqualified Evaluation Account directly from your Tradentry user dashboard.

๐Ÿ“„ Instructions

  1. Sign in to your user dashboard at tradentry.org/member/member.
  2. On the home page, find your active subscriptions.
  3. Click โ€œResetโ€ under the appropriate account.
  4. If you have multiple accounts, make sure you are resetting the correct one. This action cannot be undone.

โ“˜ Important Notes

!

Please note that resets do not restart the billing cycle for evaluations. If you are close to your next billing date, it may be more cost-effective to start a new evaluation instead of resetting.

ร—

If you are disqualified and have 2 trading days or fewer remaining before the next monthly billing, you should cancel the account and start a new one rather than performing a reset.

Quick Decision Guide

Reset may make sense

You still have enough time before the next billing date and want to continue the same evaluation cycle.

Start new may be better

You have 2 trading days or fewer before the next billing date, or you are very close to renewal.
